Why Did I Make These?
I couldn’t resist revisiting the rich, cozy colors of my childhood. Growing up, our kitchen was a true 1970s masterpiece—avocado green appliances, burnt orange curtains, and patterned linoleum that seemed to dance under your feet!
These faux fabric backgrounds are my love letter to that era: warm rusts, goldenrod tones, harvest greens, and those eye-popping shapes that feel straight out of a vintage casserole ad. I wanted to bring a little bit of that nostalgia into your creative world!
Why Are They Free?
Because creativity should be joyful and accessible. I love designing beautiful things and sharing them with fellow paper crafters, journalers, and vintage lovers. Making these printables free helps keep the creative spark alive for everyone!
For these I used a combination of Creative Fabrica and my own. imagination!
How to Print Them Out
For best results, print on high-quality matte or textured paper to enhance the faux fabric look. They’re sized for standard US Letter (8.5×11), but you can scale them down for smaller projects like tags or pocket pages.
Commercial License for Printing
There is a commercial license for these freebies as long as you print them out first! Feel free to use them in junk journals for sale on Etsy, use them in scrapbook pages for sale at a craft fair or even sell the sheets whole. There is no license to distribute these digitally.
