Okay listen, if you're looking for a Christmas morning breakfast that’s festive, fun, and doesn’t require waking up at 5am to make from scratch… these Snowman Cinnamon Rolls are your new holiday BFF.

They’re gooey, frosted, cinnamon-swirled goodness all dressed up like happy little snowmen - complete with pretzel arms, chocolate chip smiles, and button candy bellies! I mean… can breakfast get any cuter?
We made these as a fun Christmas treat for our granddaughters (and let’s be honest, for the grown-ups too), and they were a total hit. The girls loved picking their snowman’s “button colors,” and it turned into this sweet little decorating party with a whole lot of sugar and even more giggles. Highly recommend. 10/10 memory-making potential!
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 1 (12.4 oz) can of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with icing (8 count)
- 8 mini pretzel twists (for the arms)
- 26 mini chocolate chips (eyes + smiles)
- 12 Mini M&Ms (we used 3 each of red, green, blue, and yellow for buttons)
- Orange cookie icing (for the cutest carrot noses!)
✨ NOTE: You can totally use any brand or type of refrigerated cinnamon rolls. Just be sure to trim the outer edge a bit to create that smaller “head” piece. Snowman proportions matter, okay?

Let’s Make Some Holiday Magic:
Preheat that oven to 350°F. Unroll your cinnamon rolls and cut about ¼ inch off the outer edge to create a smaller piece (this will be the snowman’s head).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place each big roll (body) on the pan with its matching “head” directly above it, slightly touching.

Bake for 10–13 minutes until golden and cooked through. Then let them cool completely (I know it’s hard, but the decorating is coming!).
Once cool, spread that delicious cinnamon roll icing over the snowmen.
Stick a pretzel into each side of the “body” for arms.

Use 2 mini chocolate chips for the eyes and 5 more to make a smiling mouth on the head.

Dot a little orange cookie icing in the center of the face for the nose - hello Frosty vibes!
Use 3 Mini M&Ms down the belly for colorful buttons.

And there you have it - edible snowmen that’ll melt your heart and in your mouth!

Tips & Swaps:
- No cookie icing? A tiny dab of orange gel food coloring mixed with white frosting will do the trick for a nose.
- Let the kids decorate their own! Set up a little “Snowman Station” with toppings and let them create their own characters.
- Want to get extra festive? Add mini marshmallow earmuffs with a strip of licorice as a headband!
Storage:
Not that you’ll have leftovers (hello, cinnamon roll frenzy), but if you do - store ‘em in an airtight container at room temp for up to 2 days.
