Today, I'm sharing a super easy recipe that's become one of my go-to party snacks: blue chocolate-coated pretzel rods. Great for boy baby shower, beach party or patriotic celebration!

Here's what you'll need:
- 12 pretzel rods: I like to use the thicker pretzel rods for a heartier snack.
- 1 cup blue candy melts: You can usually find these in the baking aisle of your grocery store.
- 1-2 tbsp white confetti sprinkles: Feel free to experiment with different colors or shapes!

Easy peasy instructions:
- Prep your workspace: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will make cleanup a breeze.
- Melt the magic: Follow the package directions to melt your blue candy melts. A microwave is usually the quickest way, but a double boiler works too.
- Dip and decorate: Now comes the fun part! Dip each pretzel about ⅓ to ½ of the way into the melted candy. Let the excess drip off, then place it on your prepared baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle with your confetti sprinkles while the candy is still wet.
- Chill and enjoy: Let the pretzels set for about an hour. If you're short on time, you can pop them in the fridge to speed things up.
Storage Tip: Once set, these pretzels will keep well in an airtight container or bag for a few days. But trust me, they'll be gone long before that!

Why I Love This Recipe
- Customizable: Change up the colors to match any theme. Think pink and white for a bridal shower, or red, white, and blue for the Fourth of July.
- Kid-friendly: Kids love helping with the dipping and decorating. It's a great activity for a rainy day or playdate.
- Giftable: Package a few pretzel rods in a cute cellophane bag for a sweet and thoughtful gift.

Let me know if you give this recipe a try. I'd love to see your creative sprinkle combinations! And remember, the most important ingredient is to have fun with it. Happy dipping!
