If there’s one thing I love more than Halloween itself, it’s a Halloween treat that requires zero oven time and all the fun. And these Cookie Dough Pumpkins? They’re bringing the cute, the cozy, and the cookie dough - so basically, they’re everything I want in life!

These no-bake sweeties are made with edible cookie dough (hello, dream come true), rolled into tiny pumpkin shapes, sprinkled with orange sanding sugar, and topped with a pretzel stick stem.
I mean, come on. Can you even with the cuteness?! They’re the kind of treat that looks like you spent hours crafting them when really you knocked 'em out in under 15 minutes with a pumpkin spice latte in hand!
They’re also the perfect party snack, classroom treat, or just a fun afternoon project with the kiddos - or let’s be honest, with yourself and your favorite Halloween playlist on blast!
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 12 pieces of edible cookie dough (I used this Pillsbury dough from Walmart)
- Orange sanding sugar
- 6 pretzel sticks (broken in half = 12 perfect stems)

Tools You’ll Want:
- Baking sheet or platter
- Plastic gloves (optional, but makes the rolling easier and less sticky!)
- Toothpick
Let’s Get Pumpkin Rolling:
Pop on your gloves (or just wash your hands real good) and roll each piece of cookie dough into a smooth ball.

Take your toothpick and press into the sides of each dough ball to create those classic pumpkin ridges - 4 to 6 little lines will do the trick!

For extra sparkle and pumpkin pizzazz, roll a few of the pumpkins in orange sanding sugar. You don’t have to, but why not bring that sugar-shimmer moment?

Break your pretzel sticks in half and gently press one piece into the top of each pumpkin as the stem. Adorable!

Place your mini patch of pumpkins on a tray and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve (or snack on them all by yourself - I’m not judging!)

Easy Tips + Twists:
- Want more color? Mix sanding sugars - add a little gold or red to your pumpkin patch for a harvest rainbow!
- Swap pretzels for a mini Tootsie Roll if you want a more candy-like vibe.
- Hosting a Halloween get-together? Display these on a spooky platter with candy corn and fall leaves for instant Pinterest-worthy vibes.
