Why Did I Make These?
Every single year, the moment the calendar flips toward spring, something wakes up inside me creatively. I start craving color. Layers. Texture. Things that feel like they were pulled from a Victorian greenhouse or discovered in a beautiful old book of botanical illustrations. There is something so magical about vintage floral art - the way it feels timeless and alive all at once, like a garden frozen in its most perfect moment.
For this set of printables I used vintage images from The Graphics Fairy and my own creativity!
Why Are They Free?
Because creativity should never have a price tag on it - that's just how I feel about it. I make these freebies because I genuinely love knowing that somewhere out there, a bestie is snipping these up, gluing them into a gorgeous journal spread, and making something beautiful just for the joy of it. That makes my whole heart happy!
If you want to support what I do here at Artsy Fartsy Life, the sweetest thing you can do is pin this post to Pinterest, share it with a crafty friend, or sign up for my email list so you never miss a new freebie drop. It truly means the world and helps me keep creating for this amazing community!
How to Print Them Out
Getting the best results is easy with a few simple tips!
Paper: For junk journaling and scrapbooking, I recommend printing on regular copy paper if you want that soft, lightweight vintage feel - or bump it up to a light cardstock (65 lb) if you want something with a little more body for tags or layered elements.
Printer Settings: Print at full size, 100% scale - do not scale to fit the page. Choose "high quality" or "best" print settings for the richest colors.
Cutting: These are designed as full-page sheets, but feel free to cut them apart, tear the edges for a worn look, or punch out individual elements to use as ephemera clusters.
Distressing: A quick swipe of brown or black ink along the torn edges gives these an instant aged, vintage feel that is chef's kiss for cottagecore junk journals.
Lamination: If you want to use these as covers or dividers, a matte lamination pouch keeps them protected while maintaining that soft, non-glossy vintage look.
Commercial License for Printing
Great news for my creative entrepreneur besties! You are absolutely welcome to print these pages and use them in physical products you sell - think handmade junk journals at craft fairs, Etsy listings for physical journals, or papercrafting kits.
The one rule is that they must be printed first - there is no license to sell or distribute these as digital files, use them in print-on-demand products, or include them in digital download bundles. Print them, craft with them, sell the physical finished product - that's the magic formula!
