You know I love a low-effort, high-cuteness treat - and these Valentine’s Marshmallow Pops are exactly that! Fluffy marshmallows get dipped in melty chocolate, topped with colorful heart sprinkles, and served on a stick like the sweet little love wands they are.

Whether you’re making these for classroom parties, Valentine’s Day dessert trays, or sweet gift bags, this is the kind of no-fuss recipe that looks like you worked harder than you did. My favorite kind!
These are a huge hit with my grandbabies too - especially when I let them go wild with the sprinkles. (Warning: your kitchen may be covered in tiny hearts, but it’s worth it!)
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 18 regular-sized marshmallows
- 11.5 oz bag chocolate chips
- Valentine’s Day sprinkles (heart shapes are chef’s kiss)
- 6 cake pop or lollipop sticks

Tools & Supplies:
- Parchment paper
- Baking sheet or tray
- Shallow bowl (for dipping)
- Spoon
How to Make Valentine’s Marshmallow Pops:
Prep your setup – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble the pops – Stick 3 marshmallows onto each cake pop stick.

Melt the chocolate - Add chocolate chips to a bowl and microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.

Dip and decorate - Dip each marshmallow pop into the chocolate and place it on the parchment. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle generously with heart sprinkles.

Chill time! - Place the tray in the fridge for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate is fully set.

Tara’s Tips:
- Swap chocolate chips for candy melts in pink, white, or red for extra Valentine’s flair.
- Wrap each pop in a clear treat bag and tie with ribbon for a sweet party favor or classroom gift.
- Try adding a mini marshmallow at the top for a “heart” look!
Perfect For:
- Valentine’s Day parties (kids AND adults!)
- Galentine’s Day brunches
- School classroom treats
- Edible gifts
- Dessert trays or party platters
These pops are sweet, simple, and adorable - aka my love language. Whether you’re treating your littles, your besties, or your sweet tooth, these marshmallow pops are guaranteed to steal hearts.
