💭 Why Did I Make These?

Okay, real talk - I am a certified book nerd, and you know I adore anything gothic or dark, so making this set felt like drawing a Venn diagram of my personality and landing dead center in the overlap. Gothic aesthetic on one side, obsessive reader on the other, and this sticker set sitting right in the delicious middle where they meet. I had way too much fun designing these - there might be a tiny bit of me in "Women who read are dangerous."

Paper: Cardstock gives these the best sturdy, sticker-sheet feel, but matte photo paper makes the illustrations pop if you want a richer, glossier finish.
Printer settings: Print at "best" or "high quality," and use "actual size" or 100% scaling so nothing gets cropped or stretched.
Cutting: A small pair of detail scissors works great for the tags and circles; a paper trimmer is your best friend for the washi strips.
Distressing: For extra dark academia charm, lightly ink the edges with a brown or black ink pad, or tea-stain the edges for that "found in an old library" look.
