Why Did I Make These?
Because sometimes, you just want to jump into journaling without spending 20 minutes arranging background scraps!
I absolutely love having pre-collaged pages ready to go - especially in winter, when time feels slower but creativity still sparks. These backgrounds are made for easy layering, instant charm, and a little bit of winter magic. Think arctic explorers, vintage postage, polar wildlife, and cool-toned elegance.
For this set I used my own design layout and The Graphics Fairy public domain images.
Why Are They Free?

How to Print Them Out
For best results:
- Use white matte cardstock or high-quality printer paper (I like 32 lb. for journals).
- Print at 100% size (no scaling).
- These are formatted for US Letter (8.5x11"), but you can resize them for A4 or even A5 journals using your printer settings.
Pro tip: They also look beautiful printed on full-sheet sticker paper for instant collage stickers!
Commercial License for Printing
There is a commercial license for these freebies as long as you print them out first! Feel free to use them in junk journals for sale on Etsy, use them in scrapbook pages for sale at a craft fair or even sell the sheets whole. There is no license to distribute these digitally.
