Pumpkin Spice Latte Bath Soak

I love fall with the crisp air, cooler nights, and the cozy feeling of cuddling up with a good book! But one of my favorite things about fall is the return of pumpkin spice lattes. So, when I heard that you could make a pumpkin spice bath soak with essential oils, I was immediately intrigued!

Pumpkin Spice Latte Bath Soak

I tried this recipe, and I was so impressed! The bath soak is incredibly relaxing and soothing. It leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth, and your whole house smells amazing!

Ingredients

This is a great bath soak recipe that combines the aromatherapy of the essential oils and the healing nature of Epsom salts!

  • 1 cup Epsom salts
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1/4 cup instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon almond oil
  • 10 drops pumpkin spice essential oil

Bath Soak Instructions

Mix the essential oil and sweet almond oil together in a small bowl. I like to use sweet almond oil as my carrier oil (if you only have coconut oil or another carrier oil, that will work just fine!)

Combine the Epsom salts, powdered milk, instant coffee, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl. Mix them up well!

Stir in the almond oil and pumpkin spice essential oil.

Run a warm bath and add the bath soak to the tub!

Make as a gift!

Want to give a gift that truly wows? This Pumpkin Spice Latte Bath Soak is perfect for friends, teachers, or anyone who needs a little pampering.

To make it extra special for gifting, layer the ingredients in small jars or cute single-use vials. Here's the secret to that picture-perfect look:

  1. Epsom Salts: Start with a base of Epsom salts.
  2. Powdered Milk: Gently add a layer of powdered milk on top.
  3. Coffee: Next comes a layer of instant coffee for that authentic latte vibe.
  4. Sea Salt: Top it off with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt for a touch of sparkle.

Tie it all together with a festive ribbon or tag, and you've got a handmade gift that's both beautiful and beneficial! (And honestly, who wouldn't love a little bit of pumpkin spice relaxation?)

Pumpkin Spice Latte Bath Soak Tips

  • If you don't have pumpkin pie spice, you can use a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves
  • You can adjust the amount of pumpkin spice essential oil to your liking
  • For an extra luxurious experience, add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the bath

Additional Notes:

  • This bath soak is a great way to relax and de-stress after a long day
  • It can also help to soothe dry, itchy skin
  • If you have sensitive skin, you may want to patch test the bath soak before using it all over

I hope you enjoy this pumpkin spice latte bath soak as much as I do!
