For me, these designs are especially close to my heart. My mom was a Christmas nut in the best possible way! She even had a gift shop behind our house where she kept a Christmas tree up all year long. Growing up surrounded by twinkling lights and festive treasures left me with a deep love for the holiday season - and that joy is what inspired this collection!

Why Did I Make These?
These backgrounds were inspired by my Mom’s love for Christmas. With her year-round gift shop and ever-present Christmas tree, she created a world of holiday magic that I’ll never forget. I wanted to capture that same feeling - the excitement of digging through old-fashioned ornaments, the cozy glow of a decorated tree, and the charm of vintage holiday cards.
These printable collage sheets are my way of bottling up that nostalgic magic so you can sprinkle it into your own creative projects!
Why Are They Free?
Sharing creativity is my favorite part of this journey! I love offering printables at no cost because it makes crafting and journaling more accessible for everyone. It’s also a way of building a little creative community where we can all celebrate and create together.
For this project I used a combination of my designs and The Graphics Fairy public domain images.
How to Print Them Out
These backgrounds are easy to use and print beautifully on standard 8.5x11" paper. Here are a few quick tips:
- For journals or layering: Use lightweight printer paper.
- For tags, cards, or more durable projects: Print on cardstock.
- For a true vintage look: Try cream or parchment-style paper instead of bright white.
You can use them as junk journal pages, scrapbook layers, holiday cards, background paper for gift tags, or even to wrap small gifts.
Commercial License for Printing
There is a commercial license for these freebies as long as you print them out first! Feel free to use them in junk journals for sale on Etsy, use them in scrapbook pages for sale at a craft fair or even sell the sheets whole. There is no license to distribute these digitally.
