There’s something unforgettable about a well-dressed gentleman.
Pressed suit. Polished shoes. A patterned tie chosen carefully in the morning. That quiet confidence that came from a long day’s work done well.

When I created these Vintage Gentleman scrapbook papers, I couldn’t help but think about my father coming home on the train after working in NYC. The rhythm of the city behind him, the smell of his aftershave, the creases in his suit from a full day - and the comfort of knowing he was finally home.
These printable papers are inspired by that era of snazzy suits, tailored jackets, and classic menswear details. They’re refined, structured, and full of subtle character - perfect for honoring fathers in a meaningful, handmade way.
Whether you’re creating a junk journal, a Father’s Day card, or a gift card holder, these papers bring timeless masculine charm to your project.

Why Did I Make These?
I have always loved the way gentlemen used to dress. The suits. The polish. The care. The quiet pride.
There was something dignified about it - something steady.
When I think about Father’s Day, I don’t think of novelty mugs or loud graphics. I think of the way my father came home from NYC after a long day’s work. His tie slightly loosened. Jacket folded over his arm. That feeling of security when he walked through the door.
These patterns were inspired by that memory.
I wanted something that felt like suiting fabric. Like vintage wallpaper. Like the inside of an old train station. Structured. Strong. Classic.
And I wanted to share that feeling with you so you can create something meaningful for the fathers in your life!
Why Are They Free?
Creativity should feel joyful - not stressful. I offer these printables for free because I love sharing beautiful, usable designs that help you create heartfelt moments without spending a fortune.
If these papers help you make something special for Father’s Day, then they’ve done exactly what they were meant to do.
For this pattern set I used Repper to make the patterns from vintage public domain images.
How to Print Them Out
For the best results:
- Print on matte cardstock for sturdy scrapbook pages
- Try linen-texture paper for a true suiting-inspired feel
- Use the “best” or “high quality” printer setting
- Print at 100% scale for full-page backgrounds
- Lightly distress the edges with brown ink for a vintage touch
If you’re making gift card holders or tags, you can print at a smaller scale (like 80%) for tighter patterns.
