I LOVE having fun printables to use for my 4th of July crafting, and this set might just be my favorite so far! Growing up in the rust belt of Pennsylvania, I’ve always had a deep pride in being American—fireworks, parades, stars and stripes… bring it on! That red, white, and blue magic just lights me up every summer!
This free printable set is part of my faux fabric series, which means you get all the charm of vintage fabric textures without needing a sewing machine or actual cloth. These are designed to look like fabric, but you can print them right on paper and pop them into your junk journals, planners, scrapbooks, or even party decor. Let’s dive into the goodies!

All The Free Patriotic Printables in One Place
I know I like to see the printables before scrolling down so here they are for you to check out!

- Hearts & Stars Galore – This page is packed with whimsical hearts, rustic stars, and flag-inspired designs—perfect for creating sweet little tags or journal tuck spots. I love the texture in these!
- Retro Americana Mix – From vintage starbursts to circle patterns that feel like retro pins, this sheet gives a throwback vibe with a twist. Use them as layering pieces, banners, or even party labels.
- All-American Patchwork – Think of this as the “quilt” sheet! Bold block-style prints, classic plaid, and the number 4 pop in a way that screams Independence Day crafting. Totally made for scrapbook layouts or journal borders.
- Fireworks & Chevron Fun – Stars in motion! You’ll find firework bursts, zig-zag chevrons, and modern graphic star elements. Perfect for shaker cards, planner dashboards, or bold collage accents.
- Patriotic Party Finale – This final sheet brings it all together—playful patterns, star garlands, worn textures, and colorful lines. I love using pieces from this one to wrap around tags or as faux “washi tape” edges!
Why Did I Make These?
This set is part of my ongoing faux fabric series—a creative twist where I take gorgeous fabric-style patterns and turn them into printable paper goodies. I love the layered, textured feel they bring to a journal page without the bulk of real fabric. Plus, they’re SO versatile for Fourth of July crafting, summer memory keeping, and patriotic mixed media art.
For these I used a combination of my creativity and images from Creative Fabrica!
Why Are They Free?
I believe creativity should be accessible for everyone. I share these for free because I know how good it feels to make something beautiful with your hands, especially when you’re working with a tight budget or just getting started. These freebies are a little gift from my heart to yours!
How to Print Them Out
I recommend printing on white cardstock or premium printer paper to get the most fabric-like texture in the colors and details. You can also use full-sheet sticker paper if you want to turn them into labels or decorative elements on packaging. Print at 100% or “actual size” for best results—no scaling!
Commercial License for Printing
These printables come with a commercial license, which means you can use them for:
- Junk journals
- Scrapbooking
- Handmade cards
- Mixed media
- Gifting (yay for happy mail!)
There is a commercial license for these freebies as long as you print them out first! Feel free to use them in junk journals for sale on Etsy, use them in scrapbook pages for sale at a craft fair or even sell the sheets whole. There is no license to distribute these digitally.
